For real, are you in the Republic of Congo? And epic gaming? I'm interested in wargaming in Africa in general. Pure curiosity.

Well, to me the list is not perfectly fine. Right now you don't have to field a Warlock nor Phantom in the list which is a bit odd.

Gaming in Congo - a divergence. Actually,I am in Cape Town right now on holiday - and before people think I have no life at all, I'm just killing time right now (on Christmas day) while I am waiting for my wife to get ready to go out, and my son is asleep. But I currently live in work in the Congo. Congolese gamers are pretty thin on the ground, but, by happenstance (i.e., I had a game set-up when people came by to visit and they said,"hey, what's that"......) I've found a couple of U.S. expats who are interested in the game - and have actually picked it up very quickly. I've been gaming (at lots more than Epic EA) for over 40 years, so it's nice to bring some young-bloods once in a while.

Following upon the 40 year thing and on mordoten's last comment, I have always found that subtle changes are best - ones that make the player think. So, rather than forcing players to take a Warlock or Phantom, I'd recommend making Revenants initiative 2+ (on the assumption that their operators are least experienced of the Eldar Titan-driver lot). Since Revenants cannot take and Autarch, the player will have a very important tactical decision to make.

Wife's ready to go.......................later dudes!

I like what CTYankee is suggesting. Possibly having them gain +1 Initiative if a Warlock/Phantom is on the battlefield to give sagely advice to the Revenants.

Upon thinking about this further, the 2+ Initiative for Revenants would work OK if this was a standalone list, but begs the question of why Revenants are 1+ on every other list but 2+ on this Titan only list. I'm not familiar with the fluff for this list, if there even is any, but there could be several plausible reasons for the 2+ Init., or variations upon that concept that woild also help achieve the desired end (reducing Rev-spam):

1. Fir Iolarion is the training cadre from which all Eldar Titans are derived, thus these Revenants are being driven by trainees/rookies whereas Biel Tan, for instance, has experienced Revenant crews, OR

2. Fir Iolarion combat doctrine dictates that Revenants fight in pairs - which would leave them at 1+ Init but revise the list to only have them in pairs (which would result in problems with # of activations), OR

3. Spinning #2 a bit, use the doctrine that they fight in pairs but allow singles which will have a -1 Initiative penalty due to operating outside the doctrine.

I'm thinking #3 might actually be the most acceptable. And simple to implement - change list back to 1 or 2 Rev's at 325 each and add a Special Rule regarding Fir Iolarion Battle Doctrine.

Plus you might lose people with that approach. I like Phantoms but have no interest in playing Warlocks. So, if the list was 1+ for Warlocks I'd move on to other lists right away. But maybe I am alone in that way of thinking.

Well, then that could be solved by splitting them into battle titans and scout titans like in the AMTL list. At least 1 battle titan choice must be raken.

Yes, that would work.

This may have been asked before but where can I get stats for the knights? And would it be duplication to include their stats in this list?

Knights would indeed be cool. But do they really fit "fluff-wise"? They are supposedly Exodite constructs. Would a Titan craftworld really want to bother with them?

I think they offer the craft worlds an extra weapon in their arsenal. Smaller than a revenant and able to act in packs and have varied roles on the battlefield.

I don't necessarily disagree, and I'm not against them being added, but, playing devil's advocate here, isn't that what the Allied formations are for?

I was of the opinion it's similar to the Imperial Titan list that has big and small titans with support formations of knights. I personally love the idea of differing sizes of walkers available to the Eldar Titan clans.

After all, who is that is giving the exodites their knights in the first place?
