From my reading of the rules, I believe it is even worse - Knight Errants in base contact can actually choose to use their 2 x 5+ MW FF in addition to the EA CC TK and EA FF FS.
This changes the expected kills on the charge in CC to 6.6 Marines and 4.55 Terminators (3.3 MW, 2.5 TK and 1.6 FS).
Similarly, if charged by fools who allow the Knights to get into CC, they will kill 5.8 Marines and 4.15 Terminators (3.3MW and 2.5 TK)
This puts the Errants even closer to the CC kings, Chaos Terminators - though without
Inspiring.
