The minis:

Warhounds use Blades off Mechwarrior. They carry 2 guns and are 'shaped' somewhat like Warhounds. Besides, they are true scale unlike the warhounds. 2.49 USD each at Trollandtoad - http://trollandtoad.com/p121551.html
For the Reaver use a Thor. They have 3 guns and are humanoid in shape like Reavers. Also truescale and only 4.99 USD each at Trollandtoad - http://trollandtoad.com/p142325.html
For the Warlord use a Mad Cat. Carries 4 guns and should be bigger than the other titans. Available for 4.99 USD at Trollandtoad - http://trollandtoad.com/p145595.html
If you go hunting on ebay and other sites (strikezoneonline.com for instance) I'm sure you can find cheaper and there are many more mechs that will proxy 'reasonably well' for the Imperial titans.

Total cost - 19.94 USD.
