ive got a game tommorrow against a friend who is using his necrons,we are playing 4K

My opponent is using necrons and he usually field something like this:deciver,abbatoir,3 monoliths,6 obelisks,destroyers and a crap load of infantry.

Your generic ord majoris seems incomplete it should have two weapons not one.

Seems a very low activation count for a 4000 point game, especially against necrons.

Ill try and get pictures if I remember!!

Ideally I would have preffered more skitarii or some praetorians but atm I just want to use models that are painted so it gives me motivation to get the rest of the army painted.

so it has to have 2 barrage missiles???

i didnt read that it was indirect,i'll probabbly swap it for a vulcan mega bolter or something.
i dont like having my titan in one specific role,say for example it takes 2 turns to get into combat,thats 2 turns of an expensive unit not making its points back,my main purpose for it is combat,but i also want it to kill stuff on the way there.

thats a very nice list,my next addition is a cataphract company,and im currently winning some sentinels on ebay,the only thing i would change (and this is probably only me),but i would want some more infantry,wether its praetorians or just normal skitarii,it doesnt really matter.


just found out that the game has been cancelled for tonight anyway,slightly p***** off,but cant be helped i guess.

At only 10 activations at 4000 points you're probably a bit activation-light still. I'd not go lower than 12 activations at 4000 points, personally.
