Quick Questions: 1.) By upgrading a swarm from "Small" to "Medium" you double (acc. to the text in the list 10.2.1 ) all core units. So a medium swam consists (before upgrade) eighter of 4 warriors, 2 warriors and a tyrant or 2 warriors? 2.) 2x Massive Scything Talons (bc) Assault Weapons, EA(+1), TK: add two attacks with the profile to the hierodule (in addition to the attacks already granted by the War-engine DC)? Or is it just one TK attack and the "2x" description ist fluff? thanks  Soren |

1) 2 Tyrants | 4 Warriors | 1 Tyrant and 2 Warriors. 2) It's armed with 2 talons, each of which grant an extra attack. So that's 2 extra attacks total. |

Thanks for the quick reply, Dave. So I found a little error on Army Forge. On The NetEA Army List for Tyanids a "Medium" Swarm ony count two Tyranid Warriors and you end up in complete random numbers when exchanging them for Hive Tyrants. I never crosschecked with the actual list on paper until an hour ago. Additional test shows, the plain "Large" swarm ends up with three Tyranid Warriors

It's correct, the naming is wonky given the limitations of the app. It's "2x Two Tyranid Warriors" in a medium swam (4 total). |
