- Tyranid Special rules worked as intended, and weren't particularly hard to remember any more.
- Tyranids are fairly hard to play for a newcomer; Many of the usual mechanics (eg, shooting, supporting fire etc) work rather poorly for Tyranids. If they can get CC engagements off, they are devastating, and don't really need the support setup that for example Marines excel at. But if that is impossible, the army has little in the way of alternatives.
- I really think Tyranids need additional numbers to be competitive; If the regular swarms were priced at 175/325/475, I think the larger, more resilient swarms would be more attractive.
