Scenario Special Rules – Alpha Level:
Concealment (F+D3), Fortifications (+20%), Garrisons,
Objectives
Attacker – Preliminary Bombardment
Defender – Surprised (1)

Yes... but will I?!

Those are some "standard rules" across the various scenarios, I'll be putting out a rules document soon as well. Some of the scenarios should have rules inserts already in them to give some explanations.

Just for example: Surprised (X) means that the force experiencing it take -X to their Action tests for turn one and it decrease by 1 increment every subsequent turn. So, "Surprised (1)" would mean that army takes -1 to Action tests the first turn, but returns to normal the next turn.

Oh yeah! >:D

And those sections "Alpha", "Delta" and "Omega" are kind of tiers of difficulty you can layer onto the scenario.

Alpha is the basic level.

Delta adds one or two complications or modifications.

Omega is really tough...

And "Omega" level scenario might involve having a conflict inside an enclosed Hive City that's been breached and venting its atmosphere while your troops are stricken with bone rot...
