All the newer perks have been reduced to minimum postage, there is no way to combine postage it's just the way it is.
You could wait until the models appear in store but that may be much later in the year and you will almost certainly be paying a little extra as I get a better understanding of production costs. Also remember that the army deals will be gone so no savings there either.
The whole point of these things is to get new models on the shelves earlier than if I funded them myself, pledgers are effectively pre-ordering and supporting the company in doing so, they get models early, I get new stock, consider the little extra postage if you will as a show of support to prop up the business that is making all these new toys available for the community, or not it's up to you.
I will say this Troublemaker Games has run around 8 IGG campaigns and i've participated in many other companies campaigns too over the last several years with the latest only last month and no one what so ever had any issues with the pledge postal system so i'm a little perplexed that my campaign has been an issue with people, my campaign postal fees were exactly the same as TMG's last funder.
Anyway pledge or don't
no one is obliged to back my campaign but for those that have I really can't thank you enough.

To answer your question all models including the figures are new sculpts, gobblers weaknesses have been addressed they should be much more robust than previous first gen figures.
