Looks good. On the sides there, are those mounts for something? It looks like something is supposed to fit into those grooves, but I can't imagine that would work at this scale.

Helmet is too conical though, makes the driver look kinda silly.

Also, it looks A LOT like a GW Eldar jetbike, maybe too much so.

I'm not sold on the jetbike design myself but I'm not sure what to suggest. I guess probably the sort I'd want would be too close to other IP to be viable.

Reading back through the thread I'd be interested in giant dropship(s) though, depending on the final design.

Personaly I quite like the bike design. I'd personally add some side stabiliser wings, but i can live without - otherwise looks good.

The rider is a big improvement from the last images. Agree that the helm is probably still a shade tall. It'd be nice to have some detailing on the armour - vertical panel lines might help it look more sleek. Main issue is the hand/arm position - with the body leaning forward it looks awkward with the arms bent and hands vertical.

Hoping these guys get some lancing-type dudes, then I'm in! :-)

Very nice; would buy. I think I need about 16 or 24 of these...

I think the front is ok, but maybe a touch too long. It feels like it "droops" a bit. Not very fond of the engine on the back. Doesn't work with the other lines and extends too far off the rear. You could probably chop it off except for the tip and it would work.

Have you thought about making the helmet on these guys less vertical? Maybe some kind of crew or pilot helmet variant of the Eloi infantry?

Like the bikes but the riders remind me of Ku Klux Klan members - the helmets look more like hoods...

Keep in mind how small it would be in 6mm. If it were shortened too much you probably wouldn't even notice it.

Trust me, I understand the scale :) Your argument is one I've heard many times and it's always noticeable in the end. I think it may be the way the lines on the forward section blend into the cannon on the front that make the front feel too long. If I remove the gun it seems about right.

Maybe even give the jetbike riders' helmets some sort of plumes, like the 2nd edition models. :D

Plumes are an excellent idea

Plumes, small wings, or a big underslung gun - all works for me, to distinguish them from the (ebayable) plastic versions from that other company. I want some for, erm, more focused warriors :)

Thanks for the feedback guys.

This is not the final version just a WIP we will add weapons and we may put separate wings on the sprues for those who want to add them. As for the rider he will be getting a new more appropriate helmet once we settle on a design.

Cheers.
