Looks good. I paid a stupid amount on some GW ones on ebay a few years back, but i’m sure these will be very popular.

It keeps happening! I get busy for a bit and all these exciting things happen! :P

I must admit, I did quite like the original, no-blades pistolier model. It had a certain style to it, and a whole unit of them would be nifty (and perhaps make sense in terms of background). And people could still use them as proxies for other units in various games.

Unlike Games Workshop's rendition, these ones seem much better situated in the army as mobile heavy weapons troops rather than the hybrid mixtures that have come before. I think it's an interesting direction to go in!

(Speaking of Warp Spiders, I do wonder what GW might do with them in a redesign: it seems like the pistols-and-blade version would do a better job at the short-range stuff they do currently, whilst the current models and army niche suggest a flamer version could work).

The blades are easily trimmed if you don't like them. :)

Great, you are back to the Eloi.

I know you and I have discussed some of the larger vehicles, and you said they will likely be produced in the future.

A decent proxy for the webway portal heavy skimmer and the web shooting heavy artillery skimmer are priority on the list of minis I need for my Eldar force.

Perhaps you could slowly add in more proxies for the aspect warriors to supplement the wonderful looking proxies you displayed above for the web slinging jump teleport aspect warriors. Melta/ fire pike armed aspect proxies, female power sword and chainsword armed scorpion looking armoured aspect warriors are a must with perhaps even proxies for the rarer aspect warriors as well. For example hovering shadow aspect warriors, the jetbike mounted lance armed aspects.

A popular new proxie, that I know will sell would be a heavy weapons jetbike which will supplement you current jetbikes. and an armoured walker to proxy for the Eldar War Walker.

Perhaps even further down the track you can produce some proxies for the animated armoured constructs used in the Iyanden list. The 2 smaller types armed with either paired swords/Axe and shield, and the Ranged warp hole weapon. Back them up with their larger dreadnought sized cousin, and perhaps a battle knight sized unit.

Titan scale models might even be produced in years to come.

I will definitely be buying models for these minis when they are released.

The Eloi will be getting more love this year for certain a new tank hull or two at the very least but we may be able to squeeze a few more items out too including more specialist infantry.

An Eloi Stalker would be amazing, both in 6mm as well as 3mm.

Wait, what's this?! 3 mm Eloi confirmed?!? :O :P

@Deb, on the topic of proxies: it's not ideal, perhaps, but you can already do a fair job of representing sword-Aspects and chainsword-aspects with the close combat Eloi infantry. I suppose bike-lancers could be gotten away with a distinctive paint style, perhaps?

Of course, I do definitely agree that more expansion would be very welcome! It would even be nice to be able to use close combat Eloi models with rifle ones for more varied squads.

@moredakka That's a good point about the blades! I was so enamoured with your creations that I never considered such vandalism :P

@ Thinking Stone - But War Engine Skimmer proxies are needed by many for Storm Serpents, Ssorpions, Void Spinners. The armoured constructs and larger armoured constructs for Iyanden armies are also desiriable, and they are hard to find anything suitable. As to Aspect Warriors - Scorpions could be proxied by blade masters, but not the Banshees, Dire Avengers might use the standard Eloi troopers, but Swooping Hawks, Dark Reapers and Fire Dragons are going to need models made to proxy for them., and Shining Spears are definately very different to Standard Bikers, and Vypers are also another unit that can not simply be proxied by a basic jetbike. I also like the suggestion of a proxy for an armoured walker to represent the War Walker.

I do not think it would happen over night, in fact it might take a couple years. I am thinking of which minis are the hardest one for me to find online as either proxies or resell of old GW ones, and hoping that they get more attention sooner rather than later.
