O, I definitely agree it would be nice to have all of those, and I can imagine some nice ways they can be done! I was just providing some suggestions; I have seen other proxy options for some that seem fair, but the 'Eldar' niche is not well covered by anyone anyone today. I think @moredakka and company are very aware of that, though.
Just to clarify what I meant before, for the Blademasters, my thoughts were to use chainsword-only ones painted green for Scorpions, and the sword-only ones painted bone for Banshees. The Eloi Guard make fair stand-ins for Farseers and Warlocks with their ceremonial gear and Jed'ai powers. Other proxies will always depend on the imagination of the players, but, as a stop-gap so one can play, differently-painted and based units can be visually distinct.
It is the eternal problem with miniatures lines, though: there needs to be enough interest to justify the creation of the rest of the line, but the more of the line needs to be there to generate interest! I guess the question (aside from the artistic questions) is what more basic elements are required to get people making whole armies—as you say, @Deb, a mechanised Reserves infantry army with jetbike scout and teleport heavy support is a narrow range of options.
