Some CTRL+C and CTRL+V would be very useful here.

or just some presence at all

They wouldn't have an official presence, they are too big. You wouldn't expect GW to post here. It is smaller companies that engage more on an individual basis.

One of the advantages and disadvantages of small cottage industries.

Considering they had plenty of presence here during the kick-starter I find that a strange conclusion.

I supported the kickstarter things are progressing slowly and casting is underway on various items, they made a downloadable version of the rules available to backers a few days ago not the final draft but a near as finished version.

So yes things are happening.

Yep, the PDF available to backers is quite well put together, after you get past the contents page(which needs improvement).

The casting is moving forward. They had an issue with one of the casters a bit ago, and had to move casting to a different group, but things are mostly on track.

Good to hear. Always nice with more 6mm minis. Kickstarters can be bad. I backed Dropfleet Commander and am less than happy with that.

I know a guy who knows one of the age of tyrants main blokes and they were very disappointed with the backing they recieved overall, they expected considerably more, in fact, said bloke left the company soon after.... No idea if this has anything to do with sluggish progress but thought it merited mention

Well, that KS sure was a strange one with all those ups and downs.
But they just plain sucked at promoting the game, the minis or the KSin general. I think it was very ambitious to expect a lot of money for a game that wasn´t even finished at that point and some drawings of minis. Considering that they still are pretty bad at communicating, I am afraid that the game itself will not have too much of a future. It doesn´t help, that the minis are rather pricey.
With that said - I look forward to those minis I ordered.

Yeah, the minis are great. Kickstarted primarily for junkers.
I noticed the kickstarter going up and down constantly, which I still don't understand.

I've noticed that Age of Tyrants people are very responsive on their regular channels such as facebook and e-mail. I've been getting responses in 24 hours any time I've contacted them.

@ bertnernie, with kickstarter pledgers may withdraw their support whilst the campaign is still running hence to yo yo effect on the funding level.

So you aren't committed until the funder ends.
