Not that anyone (other than me) probably cares, but I've updated the PDF for the tweak runs and Transport revision. In addition, I've put in a couple of new formations. Certain Special on Horseback to accompany a Rough Rider Company and a version of the Recon Support with no infantry. The one with infantry is renamed to "Patrol" to indicate that it is not just Recon vehicles.

I have NOT replaced any Command Rhino with Command Chimera, partly as flavor as the PDF should have to use older equipment and partly because the final cost difference is minimal at best. Use whichever you'd like. The default transports for Special Formations are shown.

The negative costs of the Infantry Gun and Rapier are affecting two Companies. Those costs will change once, or if, something is done about Light Artillery in general or those models in specific.

I am assuming in this list that Flyers (for Guard and PDF) should have Independent, and have calculated the Thunderbolt with that in mind. Also the Forward Observer.

LOL It has long seemed that most people (even sometimes you, Primarch) just are not interested in the "new" factions. That is, the ones that were not around during 2nd edition Epic. Which is understandable, as one has to use proxies for a great number of models in them. Still, they are there, so they will be converted.

This is true. I sometimes am of the opinion that Gold went a little "too inclusive" and some army lists are better left as small specialty forces rather than a full blow army list. PDF and Adeptus mechanicus being prime examples.
