OP updated to V0.4 plus an update to calculating the base cost for the Command head. It also seems that I missed updating the costs for a couple of single-shot weapons during that update, but they are fixed here.

OP updated for V0.42

Weapon values increased because Titan value increased to account for Self Repair. Since then can be repaired, their values should probably increase as well. If people strongly object, this can be reversed.
