Hi guys,
? ? Incoming! #17 has been released! Check it out here.
1. Horus Heresy - The Angelic Prophecy 2. Specialist Games release review 3. Flat Bonesinger 4. Penjakov?s Private Army - An E:A specialist formation 5. Tuffskull?s painting workshop 6. Incoming?s ?eavy Metal? page
? ? Brand new layout and btw: Tuffs article has inspired me with my own painting, well worth checking out. There is also a 10k Epic:A Battle rep in there that is pretty cool.
*Hoping that the release will distract people from the EPICentre for a mo while it gets revamped.*

Damn, I am very impressed. It looks like I have a fight on my hands!
Seriously, Doug, excellent work. The new format is so much better and really raises the issue considerably. Also, well done to the contributers this issue. I much prefer the review of new minis in this issue over the previous format, and there are some interesting articles in I17. My only comment is that it might be good to list the contributers somewhere, either on the contents page or with the article.
I would also like to know what you used to format the mag.

Great stuff as usual from all involved!
Doug - when's the deadline for the next issue? I'll try to get another modelling / Painting article together for it & make TuffSkull's workshop a regular feature if you want.
I figure since you used the version of that painting article which still had the self- introduction, it would seem strange for it to be a stand alone article with no follow up when most people already know me
Let me know & I'll put something together.

It is bi-monthly, so we have until 15th of June to get articles ready . Well.... I guess until 7th or earlier really, because Doug needs time to put it all together with magic, sacrificial virgins and summoned daemons (seriously, making it look that good must require major effort, which we are all eternally grateful for!).
Note to self: Start on fiction early, fiction written around May will be awful due to alcohol abuse and passing it out on kerbs. Oh and hopefully excessive EpicA gaming!

I think the Heresy fluff has improved considerably from the first part. Great work!

I must say I like the new looks of incoming, par few _very_ minor bugs: 1. The middle part of the background is a little too dark, sometimes it makes text over it difficult to read. 2. The "handscript" font (forgot the actual name) is not really readable. Maybe you should use something better visible... Can I advise Civic or Exocet?
Overall, in terms of content the new Incoming! made a very good impression on me. Keep up the good work.
