Cannon looks a bit odd imho, but ok. Can i suggest a multiple laser cannon turret might be useful to some?

Looks good. Based on the proportions and detail i assume this is the 15mm version?

looks great, the feather really gives some life too him. and love the different beards

will the honor guasrds have cavalry? maybe some of then riding alien beasts?
