Like them, maybe turn up the mesoamerican a bit? mohawk and stuff.

The guns look very human to me, fine for standard infantry, but hope to see some unique grudd weapons some time.

If I recall correctly, many of the human weapons are actually made by the Grudd and sold to them. So, if the weapons look similar, that is intentional.

That's correct - though they save the best stuff for themselves :)

The berzerker types will have mohawks and less beards. Kinda goes like this:

Younger Grudd are more wild and favor up close combat - they have quills on their heads, and few have beards.
As they get older, and become adults - they are promoted to Clansmen. Clansmen tend to be bald, but have facial quills, and tend to engage the enemy at range with slug guns.
The oldest veterans have long and decorated facial quills. Many serve as unit leaders and command, but most prefer to take up heavy weapons and act as support units.

Really, those guys aren't bearded, which I think improves them quite a bit. Gets them solidly away from the "dwarf" trope.

Very nice, love the dynamic poses and different weapons.

Looking forward to see the design of vehicles for them. Are there plans for cavalry, psykers, bikers and superheavies? Maybe even a certain gigantic iron horse?

There are plans for vehicles, the first being tunnel drilling transports. here will also be bikes and trikes, maybe some sot of large alien beast cav, super heavies too - that will be a technical challenge for sure...

Not sure about giant horses...
