When i saw them i thought of one part beeing the proffesional army with the newest kiling-gizmos and one part beeing the militia armed with pickaxes and heavy mining equipment re-rigged for combat. Giant drills with guns welded onto them.
And, are you thinking of making super heavy walkers for them? i feel a certain race of spacedwarfs always needed this, and with some realy cool proxies, maybe somebode would write up the rules for them.

Average height is roughly 4.5 feet - older individuals will be taller.
Cool Idea for the beasts of burden...maybe!
The Grudd operate on a strict Clan system, where tithes are paid up the chain to the eldest members of each clan. So there will be tons of lowly Grudd miner and soldier types with relatively low-tech weaponry, while the elite members of each clan rock the better, more advanced gear.
They may eventually get walkers of some kind, but most of their vehicles will be industrial looking beasts with a railroad/tank vibe or tunnelers. If they do get walkers, they likely wont look humanoid in appearance...
