It's always tough sculpting faces and organic shapes from nothing - but I think I have something I like with the Grudd now - check it out:

Sufficiently non-dwarf like I think. I'm getting a bit of a Mayan/Aztec vibe off of them, is that what you're going for? Can't remember your fluff for these guys off hand, but having them connected to your frog men somehow sounds kind of interesting.

I didn't see it until now - but yeah they have a mesoamerican look
.. that wasent intended - let's see how they look once I get their armor modelled.

OK - made the hair more "quilly" - got a nice selection of beards and mustaches that I can mix and match.
