I think the redesign works quite well and fits in with the asthetic of teh rest of the line too

What about a mix of the sail board and the hover board with a cape to suggest speed and motion?

They're coming up - I want to get this unit hammered down first. There will be a vampire character in the Stygian Command pack.

I actually like the earlier version better, I think it fits in with your existing themes. The sailboard fits with the vehicle designs better, and the added cloak is at odds with all the other half-naked bodies.

The only thing I'd change from the original would be to add a pistol and put blades on the sides of the board.

I think both have promise but I think the new one is better. Another thought might be to eventually come back and do a "heavy-air surfer" that is closer to your original approach?
