I've had some ideas going around in my head for a while and I think it's time to put them up for discussion.

Land Raider Helios.

Same stats as a Land Raider.  Additional missile launcher mounted on top.  This would be a 1BP version of the Whirlwind launcher with 100cm range.  Cost +50pts to standard LR costs.  Only available as a support unit, unit consists of 3 models.  One available per company card.

Created by taking a LR model and the new style whirlwind launcher.  Cut the launcher in half and mount on top of LR.  

Veteran Bike unit.

Standard bike stats apart from morale 1 and +1 to CAF. Costs 25 points more than normal bike squad.

Idea is to use the old style AT bike models (with swords) two to base, 5 bases to unit.  One unit  available per veteran or terminator company taken.

Don't forget to remove the Helios' Heavy Bolter, and halve its transport capacity.

I'll have to check 'em out. I made my own version of the Helios for Incoming! 21 as well as Prometheus and Rhino Damocles.  :)
