Please add versionnumber to the current armybooks

Since people often use printed versions it would be nice if the armybooks (and gold cards) had the version number in the header or footer of the documents.

i recommend using a date-stamp every time the doc is updated (e.g. v20160311) etc. no ambiguity that way.
