I've recorded a demo of Exodus Wars: Fractured Empire with commentary using the latest Early Access build. Playing against the recently redesigned Behaviour Tree-driven AI on the new Desolate map, I also introduce several recently added features, like Line of Sight and Maintaining Momentum (which is when you take two activations in succession). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03E8wyPReJM If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

We'll be launching on Steam via it's Early Access programme quite soon, which is a release of sorts as it'll be available for purchase in its incomplete form (much as it is now on http://FracturedEmpire.net), but if you're asking about a full version release date, I'm afraid I can't be more specific than that we're currently targeting Q3 2014.
