I think it doesn't fit the style of the army as well as other vehicles and it I think it was said that it will make an apperance but as a flyer for other faction.

That is correct, they are indeed more of an adjacent style than a perfect fit and will indeed be part of a different faction, a bit of a mercenary group I do believe. We might do aircraft more fitting with these guys, I could imagine some really fat ponderous birds working for them, but for now, I'm trying to fill out the land vehicle ranks first.

Do you plan doing some wheeled vehicles as well?

We are definitely thinking about a half-track or 2, an armoured car might well also fit later on.

I actually like the little flivver there, although the pilot needs to be embiggened somewhat.

The pilot is pretty spot on for your average 6mm figure, it's just a huge honking flier, I have shrunk it down by about 40% (keeping the pilot the same size, now taking up a lot more space, relatively) to keep it in line with most sci-fi aircraft out there.

Now with a viable hull and design it is time to do what every military does, press the vehicle into other roles both suited and in particular, unsuited for its design!

First up a recovery and engineering version, a crane back rake and front winch to tow trash and help dig trenches.

And naturally, in such a conflict with trenches and fortifications, a flame tank would arise. Notice that the back door has been plated in and the entire crew of this fuel transporting machine must bail out through the top hatch in case of emergency.

I cannot overstate my enthusiasm for this line! I’m looking forward to seeing them on my own game table!

Point of order on the Sketches for the Stahlritter support weapons.

The crews are not wearing helmets, no-one is going into combat wearing a wee hat, outwith Hollywood Heroes or pure morons.

Please consider having them in their helmets!

Hmmmm … Not always the case in reality … :-\ Many times troops did not wear helmets in combat from WWI on. But generally most did but not all and not always.

E.g. on patrols[recon, raids, etc.] many times soft caps, watch caps, etc.., were worn. Been there … done that … ^-^

So IMO a mix is good … 8)

How can I put this politely.

If I saw any phucker even going to the lavvie without his lid on, that cvnt was cleaning the toilet for a fekkin week.

Thats if I was in a good mood. (and I never was)

This is of course very much from a British (and oberly Scottish) perspective.
