More pics will be coming. I can say that the rifleman shown is the chunkiest of the sculpts, I did have some other variants done as well.

I could post some pics of the sculpted nude bugs on Monday, they actually came out great. I still would need to get them mastered though before the main but if sculpting can begin.

Delays are kind of the name of the game for me right now. None of my new releases have done well this year, so I am a bit light on seed money. I was kind of relying on the Renaissance stuff to be a big winner, but that's not looking like what is going to happen. The supertank being stuck in perpetual delays also doesn't help. I'm still waiting on the molding of the infantry and the first run of castings for the vehicles and components.

There is also kind of a delay on the concept art front. I'm not sure the original artist retained interest in the project. I have another guy I would use, but there are a number of existing projects for him to finish. I'm also struggling with what the balance of fantasy to gritty tech I really want, because if it goes full dieselpunk, some of the aesthetics will be a bit close to 40k.

About the concept art, I recommend you checking Scott Westerfields Leviathan Art. The Novel is set in alternate WWI so you might get some inspiration for new races.

I hope you will do some king of Prussian/German Empire with Stahlhelms or Pickelhaube helmets
