Ok, I've got a little bit more progress done on these Iron Eagles. I decided to go with black for the last three because I just didn't seem to be able to make the other colors work and still look good. Anyway, here is a pic of them done  And all of them together.  so now to decide on if I should do the bikes  Or the Cyclops. Wow its cool to see more people are posting Squats now. very cool stuff guys! people On the Epic Facebook group "Epic Armageddon, Space Marine Epic 40,000 stuff" had been asking if more people would post more in the Squats threads. so will try to post more stuff when I can. Here is some of the first photos of my Work in progress Gray Beards Squat army. I plan to have more inking and high lighting on the Squats and the bases will have the same basing as the ruin in the photos when I am done. Also I am using the old Gale-force9 magnet hex bases. for thyme and for transporting them in a metal ratchet tool box. and for the larger hexes like the Mega cannon i am using The GF9 battletech Mech casualty marker with a sticky magnet sheet stuck on the bottom I have a lot more to paint and assemble for this army. I will post more soon,

more photos of my progress so far I started this army about 2 months back I was on Ebay every day for 3 weeks in a row  I have almost every thing I need but missing a land train and a cyclops.

Thanks mate, is slightly redundant, but at least we are getting the squats all at one place now  I am still looking forward to the day my free hands get better to the point where I can apply all the troop markings on the big stuff... maybe airbrush stencil... lets see. But that's it for now. |
