I asked chivalrynsorcery about taking this over earlier in the year. It's close to approval so I figured I could get some games in with it to help it over the line. It's a combination of Norto's list with the Inducted IG stuff added back in to help differentiate it some more. In terms of play you have super punchy/fire-fighty small marine formations backed up with some Imperial Guard formations that can take a punch.
KingZog and I have two games in with it that I need to post. I hope to complete the last 4 and have it up for a vote by the end of the year. If you're interested in trying it out let us know how it went with some pics and/or a breakdown if you can.
