Oh, definitely; the demand is clearly there so it makes perfect sense to keep making more.
I know at least at one time more than half of GW's profit came from Space Marines. The HH is a great pretext to focus exclusively on Space Marines and release lots more stuff for them without having to significantly alter the 'present-day' setting or ruin things for fans of any other factions. Expanding on the HH era is one of the few things that GW have done in the past decade or so that is both clearly good business and hard to object to as a fan.
Personally, I prefer the standard 40K setting for playing games in, but that's just personal preference. I have no objection to most of the HH stuff.
But $400 is 2 car payments ! 
God bless those that can afford such luxuries ! 
That is only very slightly more than what it would cost me to travel to the city every month, if I found work there!
