So how is this buttress thing going to work (as per first update)? Are they going to be available as perks soon? They might get you to the first stretch goal quicker...

My current plan is that buttresses be a mid-campaign stretch goal in plastic.

But if we don't get that far, I'll make them available to Backers in resin or metal, post-campaign.

We only need 5-6 pledges at the current average pledge size to open up the first stretch goal, so I'll hang tight for now.

Fair enough. Just wanting to chuck money at you for the gothic sets. Wondering if others feel the same?

If we don't see some movement in the next few days, I may eat some profit to open the gothic sets up.

Congrats on accomplishing the funding!

Do you have flexibility with which goals are placed at each point? I am waiting with baited breath, for the buttresses to appear.

I'm hoping we get to the upgraded gothic sets at least.

I do have flexibility on that...

My current plan for the buttresses, bridge supports & parapets, is that they will definitely become available in one form or another:

Plan A - If we get enough backing during the campaign, they'll be unlocked as a Stretch Goal, in cheap plastic.

Plan B - If we don't get enough backing during the campaign to make them in plastic, they'll be unlocked post-campaign cast in Resin to Campaign Backers only at nigh-cost price - as cheap as I can make them without making a loss.

Thereafter, once they hit retail, the price for Buttresses & parapets etc. will rise.

.....

So I guarantee that the buttresses will become available, but the only way to get them cheap (either in plastic, or at-cost resin) will be to pledge during the Campaign.

Clear as mud?

I've now activated the Gothic Theme kits Stretch Goal for pledges - which means that four new Gothic Theme sets are now available for ordering!

The next stretch goal will be reached in just £400 more of pledges, and will upgrade the new Gothic Theme kit to include rear-side details (a Gothic cathedral-style rose window on the rear of the doorway panel, and double-sided arch details for the archway panel).

Please pledge and drive, pledge irresponsibly, and pledge before you leap.

Stupid question, but presumably any gothic sprues pledged now will be upgraded to double sided if/when that goal is reached?

Yes, all the detail upgrades to be unlocked in Stretch Goal #2 and Stretch Goal 4 are to be applied retrospectively to pre-existing pledges.

Cool stuff! The all gothic town would be a bit better for my purposes. Do you know if there's a way to swap which one you're backing on indiegogo?

I think you need to mail IGG directly if you want to change your pledge - I don't have the power to modify your Perk myself.

I'll give it a shot and see. Would be useful if they implemented a feature to change pledges.

Hi!

Here's a question for you Evil and Chaos. What if I want more than what the highest pledge provides? Like if I wanted, 160, 320 or 640 gothic sets, how does that work?
