Okay, first off I need to say I love Ben and his creations, I have spent a LOT on his creations over the years (over 600.00 GBP on the latest crowdfunding campaign) and I believe he would be the first to acknowledge that truth. However, I am very disappointed in the manner of packaging which results in many unfortunate broken off figures - 20-40% of infantry stands will have break-offs, 10-15% guns broken off of tanks/vehicles, and with the latest re-sized Kakapos and Moas. out of 16 I had both tail fins broken off of 5 of them, one fin off of two more, and perilously close on two more (and impossible to straighten completely without breaking a fin off). Some apologists on another thread noted that, although troubling, this problem is easily fixed. I disagree and repairing/reinforcing 16 miniatures (which I have now purchased twice as I wasn't thrilled with packing the old smaller ones up and sending them back overseas to the UK to get credit ). The tail fin weakness was well-known from the first batch of the smaller versions and so more strengthening could have been incorporated into the new designs without hurting the aesthetic any worse than the bilateral reinforcing with a section of paper clip that is now necessary. Barring that (and actually even if the tail booms were reinforced) the packaging should be a lot more considerate of the contents (and the consumer). I purchase from many cottage industries and the TMG packaging is the worst I have experienced. The others do not jumble the pieces on top of each other in baggies barely able to contain the items and then stuff them into a thickened envelope or a box with minimal packing to protect the contents from outside damage or crushing each other within the package for an overseas journey. Rant over.

Rant accepted.
I think it's pure design failure on my part that leads to the snapping on the Moas/ Kakapos, too much mass on a long thin stem even on the bigger mk2 models.

I'll see about putting a note on the website that extra pinning is required for these two sets, and enhance the packaging cushioning.

Please let me know if you think further changes are required.

You should add 5 more of each figure that I order to my package... ;) Actually, I feel bad about the rant because I love your stuff and you have always been great to work with - but happier customers will lead to more repeat business and less replacement packages.

I have been adding ten extra Winter Infantry to each package as I was aware of a snap issue with those models, at least... Don't feel sorry for the feedback, I'd rather know that figs are arriving broken than remain ignorant!
