I did some work on some barrels and ammunition. The idea is to craft something, which can later on be added to tanks like the AOT which look kinda bare. I want to add some more stuff like chains, generic tracks, small jerry cans. I am better with modelling putty on stuff like sandbags or camo netting, but stuff like this is to fiddly for me in plasticard.

Comments, ideas? What could a tank guy need? Searchlights maybe?

I love stowage - I think the tiny tools simply won't print, though as they're so small.

Fantastic design, not sure how much printing costs but if your after stuff like that I can recommend
perfect six scenery for all the bits in your design, they are brilliant, very crisp, cheap and just the right size.

Then again you may own your own printer ;D

Nice tip! Never knew about those!
The basic idea is to craft something useful for Epic gamers or any other 6mm tank modelist. I have added some more "junk" and I also added small plates beneath the tools to assure they would print. I also rescaled the cans in multiplie variations and added Master Sargeant Scalehead for reference.

Thoughts about important pieces? What to you think about scale? Okay or too small/big?

Well, for troop carriers you can't go wrong with a stretcher strapped to the outside of the vehicle. It's not very often you see modellers add them to vehicles but in my experience I've never worked with an outfit that didn't at least have one on every second vehicle at the very least.

Since the parts above were essentially already available, I stopped trying to get them printed. Instead I sculpted a Skytalon. It is already beeing printed at Shapeways at should be with me in roughly two weeks :)

Have some renders:
