Oh thats agrellan earth, painted over a very very dark brown, which will show through when done. Then i drybrush a few lighter shades. You could wash a dark brown if wanted and certain stages, but i did not. Thats about it! Baneblade earth is an exact color match if you need to make quick fixes color wise....without the crackle.

how thick is the agrellan earth paint? would it fill small gaps, say around the bases of infantry?

I put it on med/thick...i plan on trying it on infantry...but i havent gotten that far. Infantry im using are closer to 10mm scale though...but you could just paint baneblade earth in the super small areas and the outer with agrellan

If anyon here does end up picking up some of these Dozer blades let me know what you think, I was pretty exacting in measuring for both old and newer gen vehicles...they fit what I have here quite well

I really like your specific shade of gunmetal you've got on them. The rust is subtle but real adds to them. Love this army so much!

Thanks guys, appreciate it!

I'm dreadfully slow at modelling. Not sure which projects will require more 3d beyond my IW, but who knows!

3d printing is quite cool.

Hats off to the master builders who have come before me...and those who have made this army a reality!

cheers

Hey everyone, wanted to share my final IW shots, as I did use my shapeways dozers on all my models! Really love the result and am curious to see what others have done if you managed to grab a few. Thanks for the support guys and gals!

rest of the pics can be seen here: http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=119&t=26507&start=180
