I know I will definitely use them sunk (is that the right word?) into the board.

And WW1 trenches were high enough that a soldier could easily walk on the bottom without having any exposed bit. That's usually the point of trenches, actually :) I quite like the original design, so if molds exists, I'd like some batches from them first before the design get modified (if if does get modified).

Yeah...my initial idea was to sink them into a table I'm building but I need them to fit my infantry too!

Hey guys,

This is the sort of thing you can do with the trenches.

That's intentional and appropriate, they wouldn't want to get their heads shot while moving and it would be a pain not being able to stand up in your trench when the trench warfare might go on for decades sometimes.

They have small step things they stand on when they want to see over to fire.

Of course you and everyone else who made this point is absolutely correct. But from an asthetic point of view, I just like 'em peering out "over the top". Doesn't mean I don't appreciate that they're good. It's just a question of how I like things shown on the table.

And I'm with Lead Space, I'd invest in a few sets if the pieces could be made for a travel Space Hulk! :)

Yeah I'd buy a whole pile of these. Enough to recreate the entire western front

Hi Man,
Finally those resurfaced, a bit sorry for Blue Canine though as he must have been pestered for a while now:)
I would be interested in 2x of each sets, I understand 'the bunker' means large square section.
Keep us posted on price and ETA.
I will also ask at Central London Club for potential interest.

Mate,

They are not finished as yet, have a look at my terrain blog http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=21976

I have had some additional pieces made for the boards, vehicle emplacements and the like. I will be working on them once the weather gets better in about Oct. I will be adding the detail to the boards before hitting the painting process hard. My aim is to use them in a big bash at CANCON early next year.

Cheers
Aaron
