I don't think you have to worry much after the Chapterhouse decision. That has opened the door for "for use with GW products" legally.

I doubt you figure on their radar at all these days given the precarious state of their business.

Agreed. Also in several more years it may not matter at all, since if they do not change their business doctrine (at it may be already to late for that), I think they will be taken over and reorganized. They are bleeding sales and there is little left to cut. It's only a matter of time at this point.
