Pros: Cheap, shipping extraordinarily fast
Cons: Slow to fabricate, approx 2 to 5 weeks
Shapeways Prototyping, all other materials
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Resolution sucks ass

For translating 3D into a plastic form, which may be suitable for creating a metal master - depends on your available metalsmith.
