Yes, that's right, for every Hamlet sized set (10 sprues) purchased, you'll get twenty buttresses!

Please pledge unwisely, because I'd like to include buttresses in every Gothic Set!

Honestly not very fond of the update to the buttress design and I probably wouldn't use them when I put together mine if the stretch goal is met. I think something more like these would be more useful:

Choice is the spice of life, having the current option, plus something along the lines Vaaish suggests would be even better. :)

I like the space in the buttresses, it makes them more interesting than without.

I reckon you might have done better offering them as an upgradable purchase rather than a freebie if a certain level is hit though. I'd have bought some and increased total sales but as is and having pledged for what I want already all I can do is hope the level gets there by the end.

Looking closer at the designs the old butresses shown on the buildings in the 3rd page of this thread loo WAY better than the current ones though, with more detail and a bigger space between them and the buildings. What happened to those ones? Can we also have them as an option to buy during or after the crowd funding? I'd buy them and not bother with the current design if both were available.

Put simply, doing those ones with the longer arms will cost me like £500, while doing the short arm ones will cost £50. :-)

I still intend to open up full-on flying buttresses as resin top-ups after the campaign concludes, as it looks like we'll not be making enough pledges to do them in plastic.

Personally, I was waiting for the cyberhive stretchgoal to open up.

Never really got into the gothic stuff but the cyberhive in the previews looks awesome.
I would have prefered seeing the buttresses as add-ons and the cyberhive as the next stretchgoal, I honestly think more people would join in if there was a completely non gothic looking option.(I would ;D )

It would be like having a 6mm version of the Pegasus hobbies Hexagon terrain sets and you know how popular they were.

There is still a chance we could make it to the Cyberhive stretch goal, but I can't afford to open it up for purchases, yet.

If we don't make it that high this time around, maybe we could come back later for another run-up at it...

That looks much better. Is the height you have there a limit on what you can do on the spure? I think they may look a bit nicer if the top of them went higher on the buildings. maybe at or slightly above the midpoint?

That's likely approaching the height limit of what can be achieved for £50 on the Gothic Sprue, as opposed to commissioning an entirely new sprue for £500.
