Hi guys,

So 2015: A Good Year to Game is hopefully going to involve more varied games that 2014. Last year I attempted to play every system I own models for. The only ones I failed to play were Epic and Dystopian Wars (late surges were hampered by accidents or heavy traffic commutes on way to those games)

2015 will see a resurgence in Epic in our local community and I intend to lead the way, starting with a multi-option Eldar force that I can tailor for Biel-Tan (aspect), Fir Iolarion (Titan and knight) and Mymeara (tank) as well as making a start on my Heresy Emperor's Children to accompany my Luna Wolves.

My eldar will be from Il Kaithe http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Il-Kaithe which allows me to bring in other players from a fluff point of view.

Cheers!

D.

Will get pics of what I'm planning to get done this year along with your requested Luna Wolves pics over the next day. Still in work unfortunately.

So I managed to slap some paint onto a guardian formation. Next up will be the wave serpents for it.

After:

Yet to settle on a basing scheme but with my other forces it has been medium brown with a mix of sand/scatter flock

ToEG Points: Eldar (150), Emperor's Children (0)

Yup. Scale works quite well as eldar knights are just over half size of wraithguard (revenants) and wraithlord (phantom/warlock) is twice as tall as wraithguard.

Plus as they are plastics I have a large amount of posing freedom and will be magnetising all weapons for all titans.

Thanks Yorkie! First Epic models I've painted in I'd say 4+ years. Was hard to begin with but after a while I was highlighting the farseer's cloak like a boss.

Currently waiting for a 3mm drill head to start attaching magnets properly, so far I've made do with my 2mm head and carving the rest out with a scalpel but I'm getting serious now. :spin

Thanks @jimmyzimms

This is the craftworld colour scheme:

I'm going to do all the aspects in their standard colors but have the purple helmet (hur hur) the common theme.

Looking awesome! Really love the colour scheme too, these minor craftworlds keep popping up! Excited to see the rest of the army as it develops :)

So just did some kit bashing in my rather limited bitz box and built some objectives, an Eldar wraithgate and an Imperial forward observatory.

And as Eye of the Maelstrom asked nicely here's my full Lina Wolves in the state I left them 5 years ago. Planning on rebasing the vehicles onto FoW bases and getting the rest of them finished too.

Have based my guardians now and primed and base coated the wave serpents so will snap them soon.
