Glad everybody likes the spear fence idea it's fairly common in model railway shops. I'm still delighted with the Brass Scorpion I will definitely be making more in that style.
Being out of work I have an unfair advantage
but one I'll use while I can. I'll be adding Daemons and stuff when finances allow, as I've got plenty of the basic marines, guardsman and beastmen from Ebay I'm focusing on doing them first. The cheapest and best way to buy Epic Chaos Daemons and specialists is direct from GW as they do the Chaos plastics on the website. Basically the long term plan (in roughly this order) is -
GW binge Chaos Plastics, Greater Daemons and Horrors.
Dystopian War Models for Doomblasters and Cannon of Khorne and Flyers.
Dropzone Commander Walkers for Eldar Knights (Possibly Firestorm Invasion instead)
Microworld Beastmen and bobbins
Bobbins from Exodus Wars.
Also Matt you've got a fair amount done. Don't be too hard on yourself.
Each of these will be purchased in fairly big batches.
Worryingly enough going from past experience they'll be a change of job between each purchase. For those who don't know I'm a field archaeologist and basically a construction worker. I wor short term contracts on projects through out the British Isles. I've worked in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales on sites from the wilds of Dartmoor and hills above Oban to inside a Swimming Pool building in Central London. The recession has hit my industry hard and while my jobs utterly awesome a career in archaeology is utterly awful. But hey ho I still get a thrill from it when I'm working however terrrible the current employer is.
