I use it all the time and never have had issues.

My suggestions:
1. couple up every color primer with the corresponding paint pot.
-if you're worried about getting every little spot with the primer you'll probably goop up the model. Get a nice light cover, let it dry, touch up with paint where needed.

2. make sure you're somewhere dry.
-a dehumidifier is a your friend if you live somewhere wet. I live (sometimes) in Seattle- i speak from experience :)

3. shake the damn thing for at least a minute (preferably more) before using.
-they talk about that right on the can, in their website, and on their videos

4. CLEAN YOUR TIPS
-ummm ... take that how you want :)

I've never had any issues, I've used the brown, blue-grey and yellow sprays, my marines were bought off ebay and had already been primed white, I gave them a coat of army painter yellow and all the detail is still there, a wash with devlan mud has picked out the tiny vents on the backpacks and everything

I blue-tac models onto a wooden stick which means I can move them around and get a good even spray from any angle, just make sure you shake the can for a good 45-60 seconds. I tend to spray outside on a clear dry day and I think the breeze carries the excess paint away rather than it sitting inside a spray booth and settling back on the miniatures...

Hi ToEG thread, how ya' been? What? No! I haven't forgotten about you babe, I've just been busy. You know that.

It's just.....look, I think we both need to accept that I'm just not a five hundered points per month kinda guy. I can get shit done, I just can't work to your timetable is all.

Hey, don't be lookin' at me like that. I'm still gonna get you that Thousand Sons army though. You know I'm good for it.

Here, look, here's some pics.

Here's three Retinues with Rhino transport.

Here's some terminators.

Image

Here's some Defilers and Predators

Image

Here's some Silver Towers

Image

Here's some Doom Wings

Image

Here's some Warp Hounds

Image

Here's Ahriman's Retinue. Dude refuses to ride around in scrub rhinos so gets some Land raiders.

Image

And here's a close up of Ahriman

Image

And finally, wnat Chaos army would be complete without their Daemon posse'?

Image

That's four thousand points of slightly misguided Space Marines baby. We good now?

Yay, 1k Sons! :D

They do look very nice!
The basing might be a bit too little contrast but impressive force nevertheless.

Edit: Seen your list for Britcon, so question answered.

Also have to put down your idea of using flamers to convert warhounds into my little book of inspiration! ;)

there's only 3 layers, but the fact I used flash on some of the pics and the post processing I did on them all to sharpen them up removes a lot of the blending.

I don't actually consider any of the posted models finished however, which is really why I'm so bad at ToEG. All the infantry need another layer of yellow on their yellow bits, as well as metal and yellow highlights added. Most of the vehicles need more blue and metal highlighting and I do wanna get some yellow into the vehicles as well.

Still, they're firmly in the tabletop level of quality so I'm happy taking them to BritCon.
