Like I said this is a very long term project and therefore I have two more platoons to show you both from the 3rd Company of the 231st Hrin Infantry one of the few dedicated siege regiments raised from Hrin.

To keep motivated through it I have four simple strategies.
Simple scheme, the scheme is quick simple and doesn't need many retouches it is a simple step-by-step batch process.
Multiple Batches, I have four batches on my desk this means the desire to finish one batch brings the rest along a batch currently consists of three tanks or a plant labels worth of infantry (simple handling stick which replaces the sprue for the metal infantry)
Variety, I always try and have different things on the bench if I'm bored of one project I just make progress on another.
Dedicated Modelling Area, So I can spend the fifteen minutes when I feel like it rather than needing to organise myself. It's far easier to find and means you steadily progress.
