I was thinking of taking out the pure War Walker Troupe and making it so that people can buy either Rangers or War Walkers, or a combination of the two, in the same Troupe. Any opinions?

I think some thinned down brown wash to represent rust in a few key areas would go along way to helping it from looking a little too stone-like. Other than that it's an impressive display.

As they are, guardians are awesome! The reaon is is that you paying for pure offensive power! No points are wasted on armour. In an assault all guardians will get an attack, however when used with wraith constructs or with wave serpents it's unlikely you'll ever need to take an armour save, so why ...

Wow, that cruiser is crazy cool! The vertical highlights on the fin/wings thingy were really well done.

One question though, why do you paint your infantry stands before you base them? Surely you have to go back and clean them up?

Through the years I've learned to be very specific with labeling boxes, especially as I switch from two-three systems per year and several armies per system. Despite all that there are still times where I will loose stuff (even though my models never leave one room!). At the end of hours of tearing ...

One of the things that I'm really impressed with is the painting on your guns. At that scale they really look like the transparent plastic rods of their 40K counterparts.

Great painting job!!. Regarding the list, I thought Void Spinners were only used by Biel Tan. Thanks :) As to the Void Spinner being included in the list I admit that it has been a point of contention between me and the Epic community. The fluff written about it states that only war-like armies suc...

I never was really a fan of round bases, but I think you and Ratty are making me reconsider. On some armies, like your Necrons and Orks, they just look great.

And that was cool of your G/F. I showed my girl that pic and what she said and then what you said. She thinks you're a bad man. ;D

The bane of my army list has always been that it is "too bland" or "could almost be represented with another list." With this new direction I'm hoping that the differences are subtle on paper, but massive on the field. I think you're going in the right direction. I'll get a list...

Thanks for your comments Spectrar Ghost. Yeah it was my intention to leave in the War Walker Troupe as I really enjoy the buggers and I wanted the option of having separate Ranger and Walker Troupes if the player wanted. As to people not taking Scythes (or SoV) because Fire Storms are available in i...
