Players can 'scale' the list you've created to their liking; a large number of players (and the units in most of the books) place the equivalent of a modern MBT (M1A2/Challenger II) at Signature 3. Keep in mind that a vehicle's Signature is not just a reflection of physical size, but also includes t...

After several delays (which seems to be the case with everything these days...), the Strike Legion Tactical Beginner's Guide is finished, and is included as a free PDF download when you purchase the Strike Legion Tactical Rules Compendium . This 16-page Beginner's Guide teaches the basics of armor, ...

We're now looking for a few beta testers for the Strike Legion Tactical Workshop unit building software. The program allows users to create, save and edit data cards (as both PNG graphic and program-specific data files; example below) and is based on the unit construction rules from the SLT Rules Co...

15mm (and 6mm) have a huge number of figure lines available, many of which can easily proxy for 40K models. Vehicles are more problematic, but it makes for an interesting modeling challenge. As to rules, one can play 40K using standard or reduced measurements (and table sizes; the mat used in the ph...

Hey kids! I've just released The VICAR Project, an expansion for Strike Legion Tactical. It contains rules for Oversized Vehicles (signatures -5 to -12), complete map-based campaign game rules, 3 campaign scenarios, 9 additional regular (battle) scenarios and another large stack of unit Data Cards. ...

Hm. Some light or medium hovercraft units might be interesting... and, IIRC, none of your other scifi forces use hovercraft (or treads, for that matter).

I've recently had some extra time to work on my 15mm Necron army. Finished a unit of 5 Destroyers (including 2 heavy), a Destroyer Lord, and a Canoptek Spyder. Also assembled a Doomsday Ark that will have to wait until it's warmer for a primer coat and paint: destroyerunit2.png tombspider1.png ark1....

Van Helser: I'll most likely paint the columns, but may etch some detail into them so the etchings appear to be glowing. I have no idea how well that will work; if it doesn't, they'll be painted with some shading to appear luminescent. Edit: the base is made from a 4" square linoleum tile sampl...

Taking a short break from painting to catch up with real life, but I'm going to try out my Necrons next week and threw together a Tomb Complex; waiting to paint it until I receive the Deathbot Obelisks (terrain, not vehicle) I ordered from Shapeways so I can mount it atop the large ziggurat: necron ...

I'd certainly be interested in seeing the OTC and Stygians (at minimum) in 15mm. ;)

I think a better place to ask would be the Facebook 15mm SciFi group:
