I think it really depends on what game(s) you are going to be playing. For Fantasy Rules!, Song of Armies and Hordes, and Mayhem all units are on the 40x40. For warmaster fantasy, I think they face the short edge 20x40. If you want added flexibility, base them on the 20x40's as you can always put tw...

I just got my wisdom teeth removed, which has been horrible, but it has given me some time to paint. 190 some odd Lizardmen Spearmen, with a few command models thrown in. I think next I am going to tackle the Warriors, then the cavalry. I am hoping the warriors go a bit quicker as I am painting less...

Just a general question, what sorts of terrain (if any) would people be interested in for 6mm fantasy? Race-specific walls and watchtowers? Perhaps even a keep? General civilian buildings for various races?

@ Moscovian
I agree, I think in miniature form I will have the altar be a bit bigger/wider, and be drawn by at least 4 horses. Any more and I don't think it would fit on a 40x40. |

I would say 5 comfortably, maybe 6 if they want to get cozy. I plan on doing 15 per warmaster base. I have been painting up a ton of spearmen, I will see if I can't finish a stand and post it up so you can see it.

Okay, Dread Dwarves! For the overall look, no big hats, and I think the beards are going to have to be normal looking beards. I want to avoid any trouble in the IP realm. I will most likely get concept art made for most of this army. Dread Dwarf Arquebusiers Dread dwarf foot (warhammers, shields) Dr...

Now for more fun stuff. Goblin Army - I was thinking of more conventional goblins, so no robed guys in this force. Goblin warriors, Goblin archers, Goblin Spears - Think something along the lines of the way the goblins look in the plastic Battle of the 5 armies box set. Goblin Foot Knights - Armored...

First the customs question: I believe that the surcharge is now 8GBP, and orders over 15GBP are eligible. So if the value is over 15GBP, then the value+the shipping will receive about a 20% VAT tax and the 8GBP for the pleasure of collecting it from you. So, if you exceed the threshold, you are bett...

Sorry I missed this one Anthony, I actually do have a naga army down in my plans for the future. As with anything though, it will just take me time to get to it. Now that the warmaster minis are going out of production, I may try to get the more generic fantasy archetypes fleshed out a bit quicker. ...
