Well, if you wanted to make it as available as possible, I'd say go with these sides: Imperium (all kinds), Eldar, Tau vs. Chaos, Orks, Tyranids, Necrons Though a more accurate one would exclude the nids. Very nice.
The Fra'al ships, though, don't seem... Fra'alish to me. With the regeneration ability and the general high-energy weapons would seem to indicate a more elegant ship. Your models would seem to go better with a more primative race. That said, they look amazing.

One other note: They should not drift in a random direction.
