Excuse my ignorance but I don't know how to use that.

Odds are the French guy's English is better than Google's translation.

The thing with evolution is that it trends towards the minimum necessary energy use. Our lower metabolism compared to Neanderthals was likely a major factor in homo sapiens taking over. Strand a bunch of birds on islands with no predators and they'll turn lazy and flightless. Not sure why some got d...

The 1:2 ratio when I originally brought it up foever ago in the other thread a an wild ass idea was for Guardians not aspects. Just an FYI. Changes to the aspect to support ratio would just see more guardians. Why not go even crazier; leave aspects where they are (1:3) and not have guardians unlock...

The point is that I doubt a rescale will matter that much, considering they can get the originals on ebay or black market copies elsewhere. So maybe riding the whole nostalgia wave isn't the way to go, especially in the long term. You don't even have to go elsewhere for those black market copies - ...

PS. Please feel free to tell me what models your looking to have created to fill gaps in existing army lists i'm open to suggestions and if you don't tell me i'll never know. ;) I wonder if eBay is your biggest competitor; it's got plenty of vehicles, but isn't a good source of infantry. Hence your...

I'm not interested in making inumerable structural changes for infinite flexibility for every possible combination as it's a time suck and would end up with a document 20 pages long and frankly not needed (at some point you have to 'own' your list and do a wee bit of thinking when building your own...

I'm an outsider to this discussion, but I took a peek at the lists after the hubbub spilled over into the Epic Armageddon subforum. The first thing I see is that the two lists have the same core formations and that seems unusual for variant lists (other than Space Marines, which have a million sligh...

So basically we are saying that the edge of terrain extends out slightly with respect to infantry. They are effectively in terrain for shooting but outside with respect to embarking. I think of it as the infantry being in terrain, period; being partly in terrain = being in terrain. But the vehicle ...

This feels more like material for the "EpiComms NetEA Rules Amendments" forum, but it is a good topic. I also struggle with the concept of themed/restricted lists - just not what I'm used to after 40k and Epic 40,000. But I can see the point, especially when so many of us play the Grand To...

You guys should swap lists every once in a while and see how they do in the other side of the world's meta.

Sure they all have armies they favour which are played more often, but the point is that the armies cannot all be overpowered because these guys win when using them.

Hmm, sounds like these guys are clearly overpowered! ;D

Back on topic..... Any release date news yet ::) As i thought gw was getting all down with the kids now and providing updates on products and all that, or was this just a myth ? They said that as a box set, it has to squeeze into GW's release schedule and that is apparently quite full this year and...

Random question, is such a thing interesting for other factions? Like a Guard one for instance? Just wondering... I think the appeal is going to highest for new players who don’t feel comfortable moving beyond the existing lists – especially those who’ve started buying things here and there and don...
