Imho, the “shooting round corners” is much more of an issue than the few extra cm gained from range stretching. If it were me at least the centre of the template should have to be in LOS for direct barrage and units out of LOS should gain a -1 for cover, otherwise why make the distinction between di...

Really like this. Blood Angels were my first army ever (SM2 box set) and i still have a lot of love for them. I will see if i can get some plays in with them (and finally get my assault marines out of their box! Yay!) My only concern is the Red Thirst rule. Generally rules which penalize the player ...

For my part I'm behind anything which gives a boost to marines on the ground. Tournaments are different, but I just find playing air heavy lists in a friendly game just results in a less fun game (Maybe other gaming groups don't find this?) Therefore i would like to see marines stronger in more mixe...

I've held of commenting on this - as i say I've decided building more and more NetEA tournament lists just isn't my area of interest so not my place. TS seems to sum it up nicely above. I would just say I was surprised when it was announced that the discussions and playtesting would be held off tacc...

I dont know about the top spot, but i am putting myself forward for hot contention of the wooden spoon. I’m now five losses for five with the Iron botherers - seems muchos BP is no substitute for flame deamons... :{[] @Richard - thanks looking forward to seeing some 3mm. Look forward to seeing evero...

BTW - If anyone has any Dominion minis they could bring along i’d really like to see them in real life? Richard??

Interessting how different both of those lists are to what IJW generaly plays. Tbh, most of our games have been at UK tournaments, but generally he plays a simular strategy in NetEA, plus some extra (very handy) tools (blight drones!!) Strangely we havent managed many games since i moved near, and b...

As one of IJW's regular punching-bags opponents, I have to say I do find the CTs a right pain. It is interesting and surprising to have such a different experience. I also find the assertion that DG AA is poor to be odd - the Defilers seem to be solid, not only as AA, but the fact that they are a fu...

Further info : http://natfka.blogspot.co.uk/2018/02/adeptus-titanicus-information.html If you look through other teaser minis from the weekender it looks like there is plenty in the pipeline for Necomunda - doesn't look like its going anywhere ...

First - an apology - having a bad/negative day with my last post. RL stuff. Got to say Kyrt does basically say everything I feel about the NetEA process. Seems to work with the new lists (and I'm planning to help IJW get the Death Guard tested sometime soon, and i have offered a bit of feedback on t...

I’ve been trying to find a diplomatic way to say exactly what Kyrt has said a above: battle reps are pointless for the majority of cases. Good players know what the problems are - a handful of battle reps by an average (at best) player like me playing 12 or so games a year against even less experien...

Looking at all this hassle would it not have been easier to just ban Dan? He's the real problem..... Get’s my vote :-) Just say he has the choice from Lost and the damned, ulani, Yme Loc, blood angels... ;-) In seriousness, the best solution to min-max lists is to get RichardL’s scenario play-teste...
