I need those for my DUNE project, if it ever gets of the ground. ;D Is there a rulesystem for Dune? Im intrigued Maybe, early days yet. I want to utilise the early troublemaker vehicles in a "Dunesque" campaign as I think they very much capture this in their design. Thus, it will be vario...

You may want to take a look at Kampfgruppe Commander by David Reynolds. This is a WW2 set of rules where each stand represents a platoon. It has a initiative/reaction system which is quite intuitive but takes a bit of getting used used to. Basically one side activates a unit and the other player may...

Hi I think having pre-set orders and random activation will be too restrictive on a player. You want to keep momentum in a game and this causes delays twice. You could do for scenarios where communications between units and Command are interrupted. I am part of the Dominion Wars playtest team and ye...

There are Soldier ants with huge mandibles which they use to fight. These ants are fed by worker ants. The Preying Mantis is another example o...

Hi The small starter pack will give you enough for a 180 power force. This is enough to give you a game on a 4 by 3 table. You really need at least 5 or 6 activations a side to get a good game so that will be 4 or 6 companies plus a Command stand. Any bigger games than 180 power should be played on ...

Just updated my blog covering my day at the Hammerhead show. I wish I had more time to visit the trade stands and see some more the games.
